As part of their work in the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC), SBF is working with the Asia Pacific Financial Forum (APFF) to hold its annual workshop in Singapore. This year’s workshop will explore the macro trends that are seen today, specifically the global slowdown in trade, the emergence of mega-regional FTAs like the TPP, the volatile foreign exchange environment, fintech, the digital economy and the imposition of financial regulations such as Know Your Customer & Anti-Money Laundering, on trade and supply chain finance.
