CanCham Annual General Meeting – 25 May 2017

CanCham hosted its 33rd Annual General Meeting at the Raffles City Convention Centre. Ian Wilson, CanCham’s newly appointed Chairman, provided the Annual Report for the 2016-2017 year. Following the AGM, CanCham held a luncheon which began with welcome remarks provided by CanCham’s newly appointed President, Rohan Belliappa followed by remarks from H.E. Lynn McDonald, High Commissioner of Canada to Singapore. Ian Wilson, Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations, Marina Bay Sands, treated guests to an intriguing presentation, “Running a Luxury Hotel in a Resource Constrained Environment”. To conclude our luncheon, Rohan presented Ian with a gift to thank him for his time served as President over the past three years. We thank event sponsor Scotiabank for supporting this event! We would also like to congratulate Rohan on his new appointment as CanCham Singapore’s President! We look forward to another great year ahead!
